About Zanshin Kai Karate
Zanshin Kai Karate was found in 2000 by Dave Noble and Andy Dawson. It has been providing discipline, self-defense, and physical fitness to help others develop stronger confidence and respect.
We teach martial arts because we love it — not because we want to make money on you. Unlike other martial arts schools, we do not require you to sign long term contracts. Zanshin Kai Karate
16:00 - 18:00 Sundays
Zanshin-Kai Karate is driven by a structured syllabus which explores basics, kata, bunkai and grappling to deliver an ever evolving martial art derived from anshin ryu.
Red Dragons
17:45 - 18:45 Thursdays
Red Dragons is an introduction to karate for 5-11 year olds. It is designed to build confidence, encourage movement and introduce young people to the basics of karate.
Self Defense
Self Defense
Self Defense is different from martial arts. This is just a blurb which sits here to explain the difference. Zanshin Kai does Self Defense as well as karate etc etc
